Lindsay Lohan supports presidential candidate Mitt Romney, but she has turned her back on her father Michael after he released audio of the Lohan ladies’ limo fight to the media.
In the audio clip, Lindz told her father that her limelight-loving mom Dina was doing coke and they were fighting over the $40,000 she’d given Dina to stave off foreclosure.
Lindsay later backtracked her claims in length to TMZ.
“I told my dad a really hurtful and untruthful lie about my mom. She was not on cocaine,” said Lindsay.
The troubled actress said that she felt betrayed by Michael’s decision to leak the call and that she’s “done” with Michael forever because he “doesn’t know what it means to be a father” and “doesn’t want to be a dad.”
She also brushed off their scuffle as a normal fight between daughter and mother.
Michael later shot back, saying that his ex wife is “manipulating” Lindsay. He told TMZ, “this is just another manipulation by Dina to control Lindsay. Dina is just using Lindsay to cover her tracks.”
“I know Lindsay loves me and I love her very much,” he also said despite Lindsay’s declaration of cutting off communication.
Things seem to be spiraling out of control at the Lohan household. The Post unearthed records that mama Lohan is $1.3 million in the hole despite taking in 10 to 15 percent of her daughter’s salary from 2000 to 2005.
