Mom Dina wants Lindsay Lohan to ‘legally freeze out’ dad Michael

The Lohan family drama could enter the legal level as mom Dina is allegedly pushing for Lindsay to get a permanent order of protection against her father Michael.

Lindsay said she was “done” with her father after he released audio of the Lohan ladies’ limo fight to TMZ last week, and now sources tell the gossip site that Dina is urging Lindsay to legally follow through.

Dina is allegedly pushing Linz and her other children (Cody, Ali and Michael Jr.) to ask a judge for a protection order to stop Michael from contacting them in any form, including phone calls, texts and e-mails. The site claims it is unclear if they were receptive to the idea.

In response to the report, Michael tells the site that he thinks Dina is the negative influence to their kids: “I suppose Dina got wind that I want the court and Child Protective Services to investigate her!”

Michael is not just concerned about Dina but is concerned about Lindsay’s immediate crowd. He told Page Six via e-mail that he is “very upset” with the friends his daughter has been hanging with in New York, and insists there “will be changes.”

“I am very upset with the crowd around Lindsay,” he wrote.

He also warned Lindsay’s pals, “My advice to ALL the negative influences in Lindsay and my other children’s lives is, this time, you have crossed the line and bitten off a lot more than you can chew! My family will not be subject to your misguided morals and ways!”

Michael also vowed that things will change in his daughter’s life. “There WILL BE changes!! Just watch,” he wrote.

While LiLo may not be airing her family’s dirty laundry in court, the “The Canyons” actress will be sitting down with Barbara Walters for a “20/20” interview that will air Friday, Nov. 16, at 10 p.m. ET.

According to a E! News report, Walters visited the set of Lindsay’s new controversial Lifetime movie, “Liz & Dick.” The starlet took Walters behind the scenes of the much-anticipated production and gave a couple of interviews. The interview plus new “no-holds-barred” material is reportedly set to air in the coming weeks prior to the Nov. 25 premiere of “Liz & Dick,” in which Lindsay portrays the late movie icon Elizabeth Taylor.

Lindsay allegedly agreed to the interview because she admires Walters and knows that the interview will be done with respect, a source told E! News.
