Swift files restraining order against creep ‘stalker’

Country singer Taylor Swift has filed a restraining order against a creep she says has stalked her for years, claiming she fears for her safety.

Alleged nut job Timothy Sweet, 33, believes he is married to the sexy star — and has vowed to kill anyone who tries to keep them apart, TMZ reports.

Sweet has hounded her since January 2011, sending her strange and scary e-mails and letters professing his love, the gossip site reports.

“Dearest Taylor, I’ll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State,” he wrote bizarrely, Swift claims.

Later he posted a rant on social media, noting, “If anyone in Taylor Swift’s family gets killed, it is not my fault,” according to Swift.

A judge ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from the singer and her family.

The restraining order expires on March 25.
