Mariah Carey suffered a wardrobe malfunction live on stage during “Good Morning America’s” Summer Concert Series in Central Park this morning.
The back of the superstar’s skin-tight dress popped open while she was being interviewed by “GMA” host Lara Spencer. “Oh shoot, now the back of my dress just popped,” Carey said of her sparkling pink Versace frock.
Trying to play off the snafu, Carey teased the dress designer: “I love you Donatella, but it popped.”
Carey then cupped her breasts – to make sure the garment wouldn’t fall off – and twirled around on the stage to show off the broken zipper on the dress, to the delight of the crowd.
“GMA” cut to a commercial break while people rushed to the stage to stitch up her burst seam. When the show returned, Carey was wearing the same dress and all seemed fine.
After the next commercial break, Carey changed into a new dress for her duet with Miguel for their song “#Beautiful.” As she walked up the stairs to the stage to sit on a platform, she could be heard swearing on live TV.

Carey took to Twitter after her show and thanked her “Lambily” (she calls her fans her “lambs”) for their support. “Thank you for standing in the rain while I was dealing with the ensem drama etc. I love you so much!”
