Famed fotog Barry Seidman intros new book

Famed lensman Barry Seidman — who first made his mark with a classic shot of Sammy Davis Jr. grinning over a glass of Alka-Seltzer — has assembled his best commercial and fine-art work in a massive new book, “New Eyes.” At a recent “Artist as Author” panel at the Palm Beach Cultural Council, Seidman, who has studios in Manhattan and South Florida, explained, “It’s like a file folder with my life between the pages.” Panelists included fotog Harry Benson, artist Edwina Sandys and Tiffany design legend John Loring.
