Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Bryan Walters was back in town for Fashion Week, giving New York and New Jersey props on hosting the Super Bowl this year.
“It was perfect,” he said at the Elie Tahari show. Walters, who spent plenty of time in upstate New York attending Cornell University, returned after celebrating the Super Bowl win with a parade last week in downtown Seattle.
Afterwards, Walters told us, the team was fitted for their Super Bowl rings, which they’ll receive later this year. But he won’t be rocking his ring every day: “I will be hiding that thing, locking it away and bring it out on special occasions. It’s something you never want to lose.”
