Diddy puts his Park Imperial pad on the market for $7.9M

Sean “Diddy” Combs is moving out of the fancy Park Imperial at 230 W. 56th Street to head downtown.

The rapper-turned-mogul is selling his 66th-floor apartment at the white-glove building for $7.9 million, and sources tell us he wants to find a bigger place downtown to throw parties and events similar to the soirees he throws at his mansion on Miami’s Star Island.

Diddy’s Park Imperial pad offers views of Central Park, is 2,300 square feet and has a piano room, a living room with a built-in 90-inch flat-screen TV, as well as a Crestron system that controls the sound throughout the entire place.

But a source tells us, “Diddy wants to move downtown, into a larger apartment where he can entertain and throw parties without disturbing the neighbors.”

The mogul, who recently bought DeLeón Tequila with Diageo, and also owns the vodka brand Ciroc, throws regular VIP bashes to promote his liquor brands.

The hip-hop mogul had previously listed the condo in 2012 for $8.5 million. Current listing broker Dolly Lenz declined to comment.
