John Slattery got emotional when talking about the late Philip Seymour Hoffman — who stars in Slattery’s directorial debut, “God’s Pocket,” at the film’s premiere on Sunday night.
“It’s not what I expected, watching it now,” Slattery told us at the IFC Center. “It’s sad. Working with him, there aren’t actors like that.”
