“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke is so unrecognizable without her long blond wig from the series, the director of her new film had no idea who she was when she auditioned.
“I love ‘Game of Thrones,’ ” “Dom Hemingway” helmer Richard Shepard told us at a Links of London party for the movie. “[But] I didn’t recognize her because she didn’t have her wig. I’m literally like, ‘What have you been doing lately?’ And she [said], ‘Oh, I’ve been doing this show.’ ”
Shepard responded, “Oh? What’s the show?”
