A spy added that guests at the Montego Bay hot spot ringing in 2014 included Ralph and Ricky Lauren — with family including son David and daughter-in-law Lauren Bush Lauren — Casa Dragones tequila baron Bob Pittman, Salman Rushdie, BlackRock COO Susan Wagner, Teddy Schwarzman and shoe designer Vanessa Noel. Round Hill managing director Josef Forstmayr presided over a masquerade ball that included the “Blue Danube” waltz and fireworks at midnight, followed by “reggae till the wee hours.”
