Ditching her aqua-blue wig from her Tuesday court appearance, the retired 27-year-old actress decided to go platinum blonde for her shopping trip.
Bynes, who paired her look with blue sweatpants and a long-sleeve top, held her adorable pup in front of her face to block shutterbugs from taking pictures.
Earlier this week, the child star blew in and out of Manhattan Criminal Court on her bizarre bong-toss case. Bynes spoke not a word during her time in front of the judge.
Her next court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
