Finance big shot Marc Leder has been infuriating his Hamptons neighbors with a parade of guests arriving for parties at his $900,000 rented Bay Lane mansion. One fed-up Water Mill resident said, “He has these young guys driving Escalades up and down the street every day, shuttling his guests. They go so fast and drive in the middle of the road, it is becoming a hazard. On Friday, one Escalade drove around the Hampton Country Day Camp bus while 4-year-olds were getting on the bus. I called the police.” The Post revealed that the Sun Capital honcho cut a $10,000 check to Southampton Town officials for charity after a stop-work order was issued when he erected a mammoth tent for a July Fourth bash without a permit. After the pricey fix, officials allowed it to go ahead, on the condition that it would be the only party of the summer. But the neighbor sniffed, “He has a fancy porta potty on his lawn. It’s a nonstop party.” Another source said Leder did have an “indoor party with a band” Saturday and “police stopped by but the complaint was unfounded.”
