Kissinger talks 2016 during dinner with power players

Henry Kissinger was spotted discussing the 2016 presidential election Tuesday night with power players including NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton, his legal eagle wife Rikki Klieman and attorney David Boies at Upper East Side restaurant Sistina.

The dinner was hosted by Democratic fund-raiser Toni Goodale, we’re told.

Bratton advised Hillary Clinton when she defeated Republican Rick Lazio for the US Senate in 2000.

Former Secretary of State Kissinger has publicly noted of a prospective Clinton candidacy, “At least four secretaries of state became president.”

But Goodale commented that Clinton wasn’t the focus of their chat, saying, “We were talking about politics and Ukraine.”
