‘Terminator 2’ star arrested for domestic violence: report

Edward Furlong, best known for his role as John Connor in “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” was arrested for domestic violence after an alleged altercation with his girlfriend this morning at LAX, according to reports.

“On Oct. 30, 2012 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Los Angeles Airport Police officers responded to a call regarding a possible domestic violence investigation at Terminal 2 on the arrivals level,” Los Angeles Airport Police said in a statement via E! News.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with felony domestic violence and later transported to the LAPD 77th Division Jail, the entertaiment site reports. The 35-year-old “American History X” actor is being held on $50,000 bail.

This latest incident adds to the actor’s long list of troubles, including an incident in September 2009 in which he allegedly punched ex-wife Rachel Kneeland. Furlong has battled alcoholism and drug addiction and was hospitalized in April 2001 for a suspected heroin overdose.
