Philanthropist and art patron Beth Rudin DeWoody yesterday married photographer Firooz Zahedi at her home in West Palm Beach. Sources say the Rudin Management heiress and Zahedi wed in front of close friends and family in the morning, and then the couple were blessed by a shaman at DeWoody’s beachfront estate last night. We hear they’ll honeymoon in Snowmass, Colo., and are expected at a New Year’s Eve bash for Wildwood Snowmass, a newly relaunched, art-filled 150-room boutique ski lodge. The hotel was designed by Reunion, a new firm headed by DeWoody’s son Carlton DeWoody, Roman and Williams vet Laura Flam and Eric Adolfsen of downtown hot spot the Wooly.
