“Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone has won a TKO in a copyright-infringement case against him. A US district judge dismissed a suit Thursday in which writer Marcus Webb claimed Stallone’s “The Expendables” was ripped from a screenplay called “The Cordoba Caper.” Stallone’s lawyers at firm Pryor Cashman say the judge found “absolutely no evidence at all indicating [Sly] had ever seen Webb’s screenplay” and that the scripts were not similar as Webb had claimed.
