Joan and Melissa Rivers are cooking up a TV series based on mother and daughter killers and victims called “Mommy Deadest.” Spies saw Joan recently pitching the show to Investigation Discovery network president Henry Schleiff over lunch at Michael’s. Sources tell us Joan and her daughter would co-host the program that would highlight female murderers from Lizzie Borden — who was tried, and acquitted, of killing her parents in 1892 — to Memphis murderer Noura Jackson, the teen who killed her mother, Jennifer Jackson, in 2005 by stabbing her more than 50 times. We hear Schleiff was so interested, he fast-tracked the project to the network’s development team.
