Jennifer Capriati charged with battery and stalking ex

Jennifer Capriati has reportedly been charged with battery and stalking her ex-boyfriend, Ivan Brannan.

According to court documents obtained by Gossip Extra, Capriati, 36, was charged with the first count for “actually and intentionally” touching or striking Brannan against his will and “intentionally” causing him harm.

The second charge against her stated that she “willfully, maliciously and repeatedly” followed, harassed or cyberstalked Brannan.

Two weeks ago, Florida cops sought an arrest warrant for the Hall of Famer on charges that she launched a volley of punches on her ex-boyfriend after stalking him for a year, The Post reported.

The 28-year-old told North Palm Beach police that Capriati hit his chest four times with a fist in a gym on Valentine’s Day. Brannan’s story is backed up by two eyewitnesses, cops said.

Brannan also reported seven other incidents where Capriati stalked him in the year after their breakup, cops say.

And one of Brannan’s co-workers told police of an incident in January where Capriati pounded on the windows of Brannan’s office. The co-worker also said Capriati called the business up to 50 times a day.

Last September, Brannan lost a bid for an order of protection from Capriati, court records show.

The Olympic gold medalist tweeted that she didn’t do anything wrong. “I pushed a man that was verbally assaulting me away from me. This man has been tormenting and abusing me for so long. The truth will prevail.”

The oft-troubled Grand Slam champ had a history of legal woes includes arrests in 1993 and 1994 for shoplifting and marijuana possession.
