After Guy Fieri’s Times Square restaurant was savaged by critics, he’s trying his hand at — sushi. The spiky-haired Food Network personality, whose Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar was widely ridiculed, hopped behind the sushi counter at SushiSamba in South Beach to learn to make the restaurant’s signature Dromo Roll, which includes lobster, mango, tomato, crispy rice and peanut curry. Fieri already owns two Tex Wasabi’s sushi restaurants in California.
