From bizarre tweets to even stranger outfits, Amanda Bynes’ behavior in the Big Apple isn’t going unnoticed by her West Coast family.
When InTouch reportedly contacted Bynes’ family, a “relative” said that the retired actress’ situation is “tragic.”
“She’s completely resisting any help that her family wants to give her,” the relative added.
According to InTouch, Bynes has been staying at the W hotel in Time Square for the past month. Staffers witnessed the former Nickelodeon star wearing a different wig each day. Another employee saw Bynes “curled up in the corner of the gym smoking – with no pants on!”
In March, a source told E! News that the family wanted the troubled star to return home to Los Angeles so they could keep a better eye on her.
