Russell Simmons may have sold his mansion in the Hamptons, but his annual Art for Life gala will rock on. The music mogul will host the event, benefiting the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, at Fairview Farms in Bridgehampton this year, where Tyler Perry, Anne Pasternak of Creative Time and Demarest Films’ Samuel Englebardt and William D. Johnson will be honored. Singers Estelle, Maxwell, and rapper Rick Ross will entertain the crowd at the July 27 bash.
