In a desperate grab for ratings and attention, Kris Jenner fooled viewers with a decoy North West during the premiere of her new talk show today.
A major talking point surrounding “Kris” was whether or not the baby girl of Kim and Kanye West would be making her public debut on the show.
As it turns out, the infant that Jenner walked out with at the end of her eponymous show actually belongs to her stylist, Monica.
After having teased baby North, she then explained to the disappointed audience, “I couldn’t do that to Kim. That would be kidnapping.”
Jenner added that her daughter, Kim Kardashian, would bring out North “on her own time.”
Before today’s broadcast, the momager even teased a photo of herself on Twitter and Facebook. The cackling Kardashian matriarch is seen cradling a baby, deliberately placed in her arms to suggest it was North, with the caption, “You never know who will stop by our show today! #WatchKris”
Jenner’s self-titled daily talk show premiered today on Fox in New York, LA, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Charlotte and Dallas.
Kanye is not going to be happy.
