Woody Johnson’s former wife Sale Johnson is selling her Fifth Avenue maisonette for $25 million following her split with second husband Ahmad Rashad. Johnson, who also has homes in Jupiter, Fla., and the Hamptons, put her 817 Fifth Ave. property on the market last night. The apartment, represented by uber-broker Dolly Lenz, boasts views of Central Park and Fifth Avenue, four bedrooms, two kitchens, a library and a wine cellar. Sale and former NFL star and sportscaster Rashad, who wed in 2007, split in early 2013 over his nights out with pals Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan, and quickly reached a financial settlement. Sale has custody of her tragic daughter Casey’s adopted child, Ava.
