Jerry Seinfeld and his son arrived at the Hampton Classic Horse Show in a white Porsche from his classic car collection to watch the world’s top riders compete Sunday for the final $250,000 prize during the glamorous Grand Prix Lunch. In the VIP tent, Mayor Michael Bloomberg looked casual in a blue-and-white checked shirt and Diana Taylor was elegant in long strands of pearls, dark glasses and a big blue hat. The mayor’s guests included his daughter Georgina Bloomberg and Karen LeFrak while Gov. Andrew Cuomo was spotted at another table.
Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Howard Lorber and Jennine Gourin had Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb at their side. Witnesses said Vergara looked “more beautiful than ever,” despite tripping on her 5-inch stilettos upon arriving. Also there were Annette and Matt Lauer, who was talking up his new horse farm with Jon Bon Jovi, Beth Stern and L.A. Reid. Others mingling included Christie Brinkley in a sexy semi-transparent nude colored dress who, unfortunately, had two ex-husbands in the VIP area, Billy Joel and Peter Cook with his new wife. One onlooker said, “Christie turned her back on Peter and his wife as they walked by.” Mary-Kate Olsen was also on hand along with Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper, Robert Zimmerman and Jean Shafiroff. Pregnant Georgina won third place in the Grand Prix, her final show this year before she gives birth in December. She told reporters she’s never placed well when her father is at the show — but he was there cheering her on this time. “So I hope I’ve broken that spell,” she said.
