Joe Pantoliano picks his favorite roles of all-time

Thanks to well-timed roles in “Goonies,” “The Matrix” and “Memento,” Joe Pantoliano was an extremely visible presence throughout my formidable years. Looking to the future, he plans to keep influencing the masses via this medium, but in an entirely new capacity.

For his directorial debut, “No Kidding, Me Too,” Joe has rounded up some of his famous friends to take part in his documentary, which aims to fight against the stigma and shame of mental/brain “dis-ease.”

I caught up with the Emmy winner today at SIRIUS XM’s studios where we talked about what went into making this doc before taking a look back at Joe’s career — including his favorite roles of all time.

Joe Pantoliano’s interview with Mark Says Hi! will air on Tuesday, December 7 at 11:00 pm ET on SIRIUS XM’s Raw Dog Comedy, SIRIUS channel 104 and XM channel 150, during Getting Late with Mark Says Hi! — his interview with DJ Whoo Kid will air on Saturday, December 18 on SIRIUS XM’s Shade 45, SIRIUS channel 45 and XM channel 66, during G Unit Saturdays Featuring DJ Whoo Kid.

Edward A. Dalton Boys & Girls Club will host their annual fundraiser, “An Evening with Two Guys from Hoboken,” spotlighting the efforts of the neighborhood’s own Joe Pantoliano and Rich Pèpe on December 7 — while Joe’s documentary, “No Kidding, Me Too,” is now available for purchase.
