Brooklyn comic Chris Rock has Fifth Avenue taste. The funnyman was shooting his movie “Finally Famous” at a top New York club this week and decided he needed a spontaneous accessory upgrade from Tiffany. Rock, who’s directing and starring in the film about a comedic actor on a mission to reinvent himself as a serious thespian, was filming at dance mecca Pacha, spies said, when he decided the earrings he was wearing were “weak.” “It was about 11 a.m., and Chris touched his ears and told someone in his entourage to Google if [Tiffany & Co.] was open,” a spy said. “Chris said the earrings he had on were ‘weak’ and ‘going to give him an infection.’ ” Upon learning the Fifth Avenue emporium opens at 10 a.m., Rock dispatched a minion to get the goods. “He told one of the guys [on set] to go . . . and gave him his credit card.” The gofer grabbed a cab and returned an hour later with “a brand-new pair of diamond earrings.” Rock also wrote the film, produced by Scott Rudin and Barry Diller and co-starring Kevin Hart and Rosario Dawson.
