The fight over Johnny Weir and estranged husband Victor Voronov’s dog is almost over.

The tumultuous couple will split custody of their Japanese Chin, Tёma, TMZ reports.

News of the agreement comes just a day after the 29-year-old former Olympic ice skater-turned-analyst accused Voronov of beating the beloved pooch.

Weir, who claims Tёma is his, alleges his soon-to-be ex-husband of “[striking] the dog with force on occasion when we were married.”

But less than 48 hours after that accusation became public, Weir looks to have changed his mind.

Under the custody agreement, the dog will stay with Voronov one week a month, and whenever the former skater leaves town for more than two days.

Weir took to Twitter to announce that he and Vornov were separating after two years of marriage on March 19.
