Lady Gaga will transform the Out NYC Hotel on West 42nd Street into “the G.U.Y.” on Friday, we hear, to celebrate her video for the song “G.U.Y.,” which already has 16.6 million hits online.

Spies said the space will be transformed into a gallery featuring art as well as props and costumes from the extravagant video, which was shot at Hearst Castle and features guest appearances by the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

We’re told the space will open to the public at 1 p.m.

The Gaga exhibition will be up until April 10, sources said, and could potentially extend its run. The show’s hosted by 42West, a new 14,000-square-foot events and performance space adjacent to the Out NYC hotel and its restaurant, KTCHN.
