TMZ.com reports that a videotape showing a naked ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews is being sold to the highest bidder. The video, which appears to have been shot from a peephole in a hotel room’s wall, had surfaced on the Internet but has since been taken down.

Andrews’ attorney, Marshall Grossman, stated that Andrews, “was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future.” He added that, “once the perpetrators are identified, “she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material.”
