Friends of former Manhattan Borough President Andrew Stein — including Barbara Walters, Police Commissioner Bill Bratton and wife Rikki Klieman, business magnate John Catsimatidis and wife Margo Vondersaar Catsimatidis, the Washington Post’s Lally Weymouth, director and screenwriter James Toback, and Fox’s Geraldo Rivera — gathered at Caravaggio on the Upper East Side Tuesday in celebration of Stein’s 69th birthday. We’re told Walters and new top cop Bratton sat side by side at the head of the table. Geraldo toasted the birthday boy before a cake was brought out, and billionaire Catsimatidis picked up the tab.
