The wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was charged with driving drunk after a cop saw her jump a curb outside a school in upstate Bedford. Mary Richardson Kennedy, 50, a mother of four, was arrested Saturday, local police confirmed. The cops determined her blood alcohol level to be .11, over the legal state limit of .08. Earlier last week, Bedford police responded to two distress calls from the Kennedy family home but no charges were brought and there was “no need for follow-up,” a police spokesman said, adding that they were unrelated to the DWI charge. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a son of assassinated Sen. Robert F. Kennedy.
