Bank babe fires lawyer after sex harass claims

Too-hot-to-bank babe Debrahlee Lorenzana, who claims she was fired from her Citibank job for being too gorgeous, ditched her lawyer, Jack Tuckner, after learning he was accused of sexual harassment.

Tuckner had stood at her side for her TV interviews but was suddenly replaced by Gloria Allred after Lorenzana learned of the allegations, sources tell Page Six.

In June 2008, Manhattan women’s-rights lawyer Tuckner was sued by his former office manager, Lisa Brockington, who claimed in court papers that he watched porn at his desk and wore a “slave” collar at work. Her suit called him a “self-described ‘testosterone-poisoned’ attorney with a penchant for bondage and sadomasochism who demeaned . . . the women who worked for him.”

Brockington, whom Tuckner hired after he represented her in a sex discrimination suit, alleged that Tuckner bragged of meeting his girlfriend on an S&M Web site and “disclosed that he is extremely into ‘spanking’ . . . the screensaver on Tuckner’s office computer included a photo of his girlfriend dressed as a dominatrix with Tuckner . . . kneeling at her feet.” Tuckner strongly denied Brockington’s allegations, saying she was a “deliberate troublemaker,” and the case was resolved out of court in June 2009.

A source said, “Lorenzana was confronted with a newspaper story covering the suit against Tuckner, and she was horrified.” She refused to comment last night via Allred.

Tuckner told us: “Based on the extraordinary publicity generated by Ms. Lorenzana’s case, we support her decision to obtain other counsel to handle the media attention as well as her legal matter . . . As far as we know, there is no connection between the unattributed reports concerning the Brockington case and Ms. Lorenzana’s retaining new counsel. The Brockington matter was voluntarily withdrawn by Ms. Brockington months after it was filed.”

Brockington’s lawyer, Kevin Mintzer, said only, “The parties amicably resolved their differences.”
