Sam Waterston, who played a prose cutor for decades on “Law & Order,” is helping raise money for new Manhattan DA Cy Vance. The popular actor is headlining a reception tomorrow at the Fifth Avenue apartment of John and Margo Catsimatidis to pay off Van ce’s campaign debts from November. The other hosts are George Kalergios, Ravi Batra and Ron Spurga.
