Just a week after being denied entry to an Emmys kickoff party in West Hollywood, the former “Bachelor” babe whined to guests at an OK! magazine party Wednesday that she has to beg for attention and blamed it on her new haircut. “I did it to get rid of the old Vienna, but now no one recognizes me,” the pouty blonde told a guest. “I have to scream at people saying, ‘I’m Vienna from ‘The Bachelor!’ ”
