Tim Tebow mingled with Tom Cruise and Hollywood’s A-list at Vanity Fair’s Oscar party well into the early hours yesterday — and the NFL sensation told us at Graydon Carter’s glamorous Sunset Tower Hotel gathering that he talks to Jeremy Lin regularly.

“He’s a good guy and very humble,” the QB said. “There are a lot of exciting things happening for him. We talk a lot on the phone, because I know what he’s going through, and I’ve been giving him some advice. He’s handling it pretty well and staying focused.”

Cruise, who with wife Katie Holmes chatted away with David and Victoria Beckham, told us, “I thought the show was great — there were many great movies this year. I loved ‘The Artist.’ It is a fantastic movie.”

Gerard Butler, looking back to his rugged, buff best after a short visit to rehab, told us, “I probably shouldn’t talk about it to you, but I feel pretty good.” He added with a smile, “I don’t think I look too bad. What do you think?”

Monaco’s Prince Albert said he and bride Charlene were enjoying their first-ever Oscars trip — “But I am a little embarrassed to say I haven’t seen hardly any of the movies. I’ve only seen ‘The Descendants,’ and that was in my room last night.”

Brett Ratner, who had stepped down as Oscars producer, said he thought Brian Grazer “did a great job. I am really proud of him.”

Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde stuck close, and another hot new couple, Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana, were inseparable. Michelle Williams and Michael Douglas chatted with astonishingly svelte Jane Fonda, while Grazer arrived late and sat with power brokers Ari Emanuel and Vivi Nevo.

A happy Jean Dujardin jubilantly clutched his Best Actor statuette but admitted he was tired. Octavia Spencer, who recently said she wears three pairs of Spanx under her red carpet outfits, gleefully said she was happy not to have to squeeze into another gown, and, “No more Spanx for me!”
