James Carville — the Ragin’ Cajun who helped Bill Clinton get elected — was an easy target the other night at the National Center for Learning Disabilities fund-raiser. Mayor Bloomberg said it was such a big night, Carville had his hair done. And onetime Clinton aide George Stephanopoulos said he was hired by the White House probably only to interpret fast-talking, hyper-ADD Carville for the rest of the team. Carville then got some laughs by comparing himself and Stephanopoulos: George is short, James is tall; George has hair, James is bald; George graduated summa cum laude from Columbia, James graduated “Thank you, Lordy!” from LSU.
