Sharon Stone has landed a role in the action comedy “American Ultra,” with Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg.
The actress, 56, will play a government agent in charge of a sleeper cell program; Eisenberg is a small-town stoner who doesn’t realize he’s a highly trained killer.
Stewart plays his girlfriend.
Topher Grace, John Leguizamo and Bill Pullman also star in the movie by “Project X” director Nima Nourizadeh and “Chronicle” writer Max Landis.
Uma Thurman had been rumored for Stone’s role in the Lionsgate project.
