Katy Perry has outed Rihanna as a heavy marijuana user.
Speaking to Elle Canada, the 28-year-old pop star playfully mocked her best friend’s penchant for smoking and ‘selfies’.
“I think that Rihanna always looks so fresh and I’m like, ‘How do you do that? We all know how much pot you smoke! And you don’t sleep because you’re on Instagram at four o’clock in the morning,'” Perry said.
The ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer revealed she has a much more family friendly method for relaxation.
“I learned this thing called Transcendental Meditation, which I do as much as I possibly can. It’s 20 minutes and you’re supposed to do it twice a day, but I only do it once every other day, but anyway, it works.”
The two pop stars have been friends for years, but their friendship soured in the first half of this year when Rihanna rekindled her romance with Chris Brown.
Perry hinted in July that she wasn’t a fan of the reunion, which has now ended.
“I know a lot of people out there with the most detrimental entourages, they are the root of their demise,” she said
“It’s really unfortunate but you can’t save these people. My days of celebrity saving are over.”
