Who needs driving laws? In the past few months, Maria Shriver, wife of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been seen around LA talking on her cellphone while driving, parking in a red zone, and parking at an expired meter while buying a muffin. But the long arm of the law finally caught up with her when she parked at an expired meter in Brentwood. “After grabbing the ticket from her windshield, Maria got in her SUV and took off,” TMZ reported, “but not before breaking one more law — she rolled through a stop sign!”
