It’s not easy getting over “American Idol” star Pia Toscano. Sources close to “Dancing With the Stars” pro Mark Ballas say he’s “devastated” since the couple split last month. “He’s still driving around with Pia’s head shots inside his car,” a source said. “Pia broke up with him by e-mail when she was out of town. He’s been trying to get over her.” The source said the beauty has no interest in getting back with him despite contrary reports. Their reps didn’t get back to us.
