While her big sister Lindsay Lohan was photographed in handcuffs yesterday, Ali Lohan was getting attention as the cover girl for Fault magazine‘s winter issue.
The magazine features 17-year-old Ali on its cover, rocking a short, dark wig with blunt bangs. Her many freckles are also on full display. Pictures inside the magazine show Lohan in an itty-bitty rubberized dress and a short, white sweater and no pants.
Ali Lohan drew scrutiny last month when reports speculated whether she’d had plastic surgery after her cheekbones looked more pronounced. She also appeared very thin, fueling further rumors of an eating disorder.
Lohan’s modeling agency director responded at the time, to E! News, “I can confirm that [Ali] Lohan has not had any surgery … As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. [She] is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body.”

Meanwhile, sister Lindsay came to Ali Lohan’s defense via Twitter. “I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin!” she wrote. “My sister is gorgeous and I’m so proud of her and her career!!!!”
