Tycoon’s Miami Beach refuge

Goldman’s Lloyd Blankfein must need to get away from it all once in a while. He is said to have bought a place in the new billionaires’ enclave Faena Miami Beach. Other residents at the $1 billion development, to be completed next fall, include Apollo’s Leon Black. The 18-story oceanfront tower, which boasts residences costing up to $50 million, was designed by Norman Foster, while hip architect Rem Koolhaas is masterminding an arts center. Len Blavatnik, who is financing the development, threw a bash there last week.
