Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries set deposition dates

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have finally set dates to give their depositions in their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Radar Online reports that the pair will face questions from each other’s lawyers at the end of June, Kardashian doing her deposition in Los Angeles while Humphries completes his in Minnesota. The site reports that Kardashian’s deposition is scheduled to take all day, with Humphries’ lawyer asking her about her newfound relationship with rapper Kanye West as well as the $325K Ferrari allegedly given as a wedding gift by a Malaysian businessman that Kardashian reportedly kept after her split from Humphries.

“Kim’s deposition will take place at her lawyer Laura Wasser’s office at the end of June and Kris’ attorney Lee Hutton will do the majority of the questioning,” a source tells the website. “Kris’ deposition will take place in Minnesota towards the end of June also and Kim’s attorney will have to fly from California for that.”

While scheduling depositions means that their divorce proceedings are moving forward, the source claims that Kardashian is not pleased.

“Kim is just livid that she has to be deposed She has tried to get out of it, but there is no way she can,” the source says. “Kris is ready for his deposition to be taken and just wants the truth to get out about what really happened when they were dating and after the wedding.”

On last week’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” the reality TV star expressed bewilderment that getting divorced wasn’t as easy as sending out a press release.

“My divorce has been really draining, really stressful,” she tells sister Khloe Kardashian. “I think someone just wants to make it so difficult. When one person just wants a divorce and the other one is just pissed, they try to make it so difficult.”

According to Radar, Humphries is still pushing for the pair’s divorce proceedings to be public and filmed by cameras, just as their entire relationship was.
