Snoop Dogg’s son could join P. Diddy’s on UCLA football team

LOS ANGELES — Rappers Snoop Dogg and P. Diddy have regularly taken to the stage together, and their sons could continue the family connection — on the football field at UCLA.

Justin Combs, son of P. Diddy, has already committed to join the Los Angeles school and now Snoop’s younger son, Cordell Broadus, has received a scholarship offer.

Broadus’ high school, Diamond Bar, said on Twitter, “Cordell Broadus (2015) received his first offer from UCLA.” He has three years of high school remaining.

Combs is a 5ft, 9in, 170-pound cornerback, while Broadus is a 6ft, 2in, 185-pound wide receiver. The pair could play together in 2015.

Denying his father’s influence, Combs said when he was signed to the Bruins, “Most people think that he being my father, he helped get me the offers, but that’s not true at all.

“I went out the whole summer, I went to all the seven-on-sevens, all the college camps and I competed my butt off. I made the most of the opportunity. I did this myself. No one did this but me.”
