In a move to make most of us question that second helping of Christmas lunch, Mariah Carey has showed off her incredible physique, posting a photo of herself sporting a red bikini in the snow. (As you do.)
The 43-year-old mother of two posted an Instagram picture of herself wearing a miniscule red two-piece over the weekend during her annual Christmas trip to Aspen.
We’re not quite sure why Carey was wearing the bikini, but she appeared to be walking her dog in the snow (so an appropriate outfit, then?).
The singer captioned the pic: “It’s just a tradition #aspen #coldyethot.”
Carey later posted another shot of herself with her two children, Moroccan and Monroe, in a spa (she probably needed to warm up), writing: “Misty wonderland with dembabies! ♥”
“She wants my necklace, my diamonds,” said Carey. “I said, ‘This is mommy’s. You know who bought this for mommy? Mommy. You know how long it took mommy to get it? A really, really long time.’”
Asked if Monroe will be receiving any jewelry of her own for Christmas, Carey said: “She’ll get some little ruby earrings or something.”
The singer also spoke about how her kids are becoming aware of what the festive season means.
“This is the first time they’re really getting that Christmas is an event that they are going to receive gifts.
“Now they see the tree and they light up. They’re so excited… it’s amazing for me to watch and to re-live.”
