When “Notting Hill” director Roger Michell wanted Bill Murray to play FDR in “Hyde Park on Hudson,” his biggest hurdle was locating the actor. “He’s not that easy to get a hold of,” Michell told us after his film’s New York Film Festival premiere Saturday. “Bill doesn’t have a publicist, or an agent. He has a lawyer, so he says if you contact him, you’re costing him money,” the director joked. But there was no Plan B. “I would have never made it without Bill,” Michell said at a Stone Rose Lounge after-party, where guests included Murray and co-star Laura Linney. Buzz at the screening was there could be two presidents in the awards race this year, Murray as FDR and Daniel Day-Lewis as “Lincoln.”
