Moving to NYE

With Christmas over, party people are focusing on New Year’s Eve. Among hotly tipped bashes, hoteliers Hank and Brandon
Freid will bring snow machines to the Sanctuary Hotel’s rooftop Haven Ski Chalet, and, we’re told, will fill the sky and West 47th street with man-made powder. XL is hosting a “007-themed” NYE bash that will include Consuelo Costin singing her club jam “Feel So Alive,” plus dinner at The Out NYC’s KTCHN. Meanwhile, club kingpin Noel Ashman’s ringing in 2013 with a Bamboo 52 bash, where Grandmaster Melle Mel and adult-film star Gia Jordan will be among the DJs. Sophisticated types are heading to Bice Ristorante to hear the High Society Rhythm Band.
