Justin Bieber has apparently given his friend Lil Twist the keys to his car while he’s away in London.
TMZ reports that the rapper was behind the wheel of Bieber’s chrome Fisker Karma and crashed into cement poles protecting a wall at a San Fernando Valley liquor store, damaging the structures and the front end of the vehicle.
Witnesses then said a BMW drove up minutes later and gathered the pieces of the pole and the battered-up car and fled the scene with Lil Twist inside. Since it appears they drove away without exchanging information, it is technically a hit and run.
This is not Twist’s first mishap with one of Bieber’s cars. The 20-year-old was pulled over for speeding in Bieber’s Ferrari on Jan. 1. Tragically, a paparazzo rushing to take a photo of the scene was struck and killed by a car driving to cross the street.
Twist was also at the center of the teen heartthrob’s “marijuana” controversy.
