Chrissy Teigen’s nude pic violates Instagram terms of use

What a way to celebrate a Twitter milestone.

Chrissy Teigen, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editions’ “Rookie of the Year 2010” posted an uncensored and totally nude photo of herself on Instagram when she reached 200,000 followers on Twitter.

“If this doesn’t get me suspended I dunno what will #happy2000000,” she tweeted (later she realized she typed 2 million instead of 200,000.)

The photo shows John Legend’s girlfriend happily getting spray tanned in the buff with her nipples clearly visible.

As Gawker noticed, the bubbly 27-year-old model clearly violated Instagram’s terms of use that expressly forbids posts that are “nude, partially nude…pornographic or sexually suggestive photos.”

Teigen certainly checked a few of those boxes but at the time of writing, the pic is still up. (UPDATE: it has since been removed) And also if anyone’s stumbled across Rihanna’s racy pics lately, it seems Instagram’s rules are meant for breaking.

“S–t,” she tweeted soon after to downplay the pic. “I didn’t think it was that bad but I’m on the wine.”

“It’s not a nipple it’s a shadow it’s not a bush it’s a shadow,” she continued. ”Oh god I just blew it up on my computer I get what you’re saying oh no.”

Still, it seems we won’t be seeing many more of Teigen’s Instagram pics in the near future. She tweeted: “:( now I is gonna be suspended times”
