The always unpredictable Amanda Bynes claims she’s “not crazy” on her Twitter account and has made nice with Rihanna after launching a vicious and hate-filled attack against the singer.
Bynes recently tweeted, “I’m not crazy” and posted a link to a story in which her lawyer Richard Hutton apparently agrees. He told Entertainment Tonight that recent reports about his client are “exaggerated,” and that she’s “fine.”
Hutton also said that her Beverly Hills DUI case from last April is close to a resolution, and adds that he is confident that her West Hollywood DUI charge from June will result in a plea deal. As for her recent arrest in her New York apartment – in which she was charged of reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana – Hutton said it would not affect her DUI cases.
Hutton, who said he spoke to Bynes recently, says things are “normal” and that there is “no physical evidence” backing up her arrest. She will have a pre-trial and trial setting hearing scheduled on July 18 at Airport Courthouse in LA.
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old retired actress has offered an olive branch to Rihanna. Bynes posted a smiling photo of herself with Rihanna and captioned, “This is a mocked up image I found on the Internet that I LOVE! I love @rihanna! She’s such a beauty!” RiRi – as a gesture of good will – retweeted the message.
Bynes also corresponded with “The Partridge Family” actor Danny Bonaduce, who tweeted at the wayward star, “Dear @AmandaBynes I’m ugly and I look 100. What should I do?”
She responded to her fellow former child star, “no you aren’t! You’re handsome!”
But Bynes being Bynes, she then sent a vulgar missive to her public enemy No. 1, Perez Hilton this morning. She told the gossip blogger, “Kill yourself!” and went on a long rant after he posted photo of a wigged-out Bynes that she didn’t like.
